Return Eligibility Criteria
Items eligible for return must meet all of the following conditions:
Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Remains completely unused, unopened, unaltered, and shows no signs of use (including opened seal, squeezed contents, cosmetic residue, dirt or peculiar odor)
Retains complete original packaging (including outer box, sealed bottle/cap, product inserts and any included promotional gifts, if applicable)
Valid proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)
To ensure product hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, stained, odorous, or missing original packaging/seals.
Non-Returnable Item Categories
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened, used or damaged skincare goods
Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
Gift cards and electronic vouchers
Free gifts or promotional trial-sized products
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, or expired after customer storage
Hygiene-sensitive items once seal is broken or used, including facial pads, eye patches, ampoules, sheet masks and all personal skincare formulations
Handling of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, has quality defects, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Brief description of the issue
Clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging (outer mailer/box, protective materials, shipping label)
We will review and, if approved, arrange for a replacement, a full item replacement, or a full refund as appropriate.
